2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as unavailability, errors in pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified, and any charges will be reversed.

Cancellation by Customer

- Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement.

- For cancellations after payment, a 10% processing fee will be deducted, with the remaining amount refunded within 7-10 business days.

- No refunds for orders already in production or dispatched.

3. Billing and Shipping

- Please provide accurate billing and shipping details. Corrections can only be made before dispatch.

5. Message/Text Guidelines

- Emojis and special icons may not be printable or engravable.

- If no message is provided, products will be delivered without custom text.

6. Product Add-ons

- Prices may vary slightly due to processing costs.

- Add-ons are limited to one per product.

- Damaged add-ons during shipping will be refunded or replaced under certain conditions.

7. Product Availability

Certain items or colors may vary based on stock availability. Substitutions will be made with similar or alternative products whenever possible.

10. Customer Agreement

- Ensure accurate delivery details. Return due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

- Any issues with the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
